Dr. Auset Maryam has been consulting businesses and organizations for almost 20 years in various industries. Dr. Auset has organized and developed many equitable systems that have propelled businesses and organizations to thrive.  As a successful business owner, herself, Dr. Auset brings a large range of experience in consulting and coaching. Through holistic whole-person approaches, Dr. Auset stretches leaders and organizations to thrive. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Victory Project-based Academics & Competency.
